Heat transfer labels, also called tag-less labels and heat seal labels, have enjoyed their popularity in the apparel market. And they have become one of the hottest products applied to the name, swimwear, lingerie, brand, etc.
The process of heat transfer is that the custom design we receive will be imprinted onto a paper or a synthetic film firstly and then applied to the desired item with the use of a heat press machine. And generally, the label can be in direct contact with people's skins, such as the neck logo on swimwear, T-shirt and underwear.
Heat transfer labels are very durable and wash well, which do not fade and crack. Any type of design is able to be made as heat transfer labels. A common iron used for pressing clothes at home is sufficient as the manufacturing equipment. If the order is high-volume and needs faster processing, a commercial heat press is recommended.
